Frequently asked questions
1. Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. Our minimum order quantities vary depending on the format you choose:
- 3 ml Fragrance Card: [Add MOQ] (per fragrance variant)
- 10 ml Signature Roll-On: 16 pieces (per fragrance variant)
- 20 ml Signature Perfume: 20 pieces (per fragrance variant)
If you’re unsure which format is right for your requirement, we’re happy to help you choose.
2. Which fragrances are available, and can I choose multiple fragrances in one order?
Yes. All fragrances currently available on our website can be selected for personalised bulk orders.
We’re also happy to share an extended fragrance catalogue during your WhatsApp enquiry, giving you even more options to choose from. Availability may vary depending on stock at the time of your order.
3. What parts of the packaging can be personalised?
Our Fragrance Card can be fully customised to match your vision.
For the Signature Roll-On and Signature Perfume, one side of the packaging is thoughtfully reserved for your personalised design, allowing you to add names, logos, artwork, messages, QR codes, and more.
4. Can I provide my own artwork, or can you create the design for me?
Both.
You can either share your own print-ready artwork in the required file format, or simply tell us your idea and we’ll help design it for you.
5. Will I receive a design preview, and can I request changes before production?
Absolutely.
We’ll share a digital preview of your design before production begins, and you’re welcome to request revisions to ensure everything looks exactly the way you want.
6. Can every package have a different name, message, or QR code?
Each personalised design is produced as a separate batch and therefore follows the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for the selected format.
For example, if your chosen format has an MOQ of 20 pieces, all 20 pieces will carry the same approved design. If you’d like multiple personalised designs, that’s absolutely possible—each design simply needs to meet the applicable MOQ.

7. How long does a personalized order take, and can you accommodate urgent orders?
We recommend placing your order at least one month in advance to allow sufficient time for design, revisions, production, and timely delivery.
If you have an urgent requirement, feel free to get in touch—we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline whenever possible.
8. Do you deliver across India or internationally?
We currently deliver personalised orders across India.
International shipping isn’t available at the moment, but we’re working towards expanding in the future.
9. How do I receive a quotation?
Simply click the Enquire on WhatsApp button and share your requirements with us.
We’ll understand your order, discuss the available options, and provide a customised quotation based on your requirements.
